After the UK government’s announcement of a second national lockdown we can confirm we will still be open and operating our usual clinical services at our usual times for our existing patients and welcome any new patients who may require our services.
We understand this is a concerning time for everybody and therefore we continue to ensure our team is well equipped and following the necessary protocols. We have all the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) to ensure your safety.
Processes may be different from what you have been used to. This will be from the moment you call to book an appointment right through to when you leave the dental surgery.
This will include but is not limited to:
- pre-screening questions
- temperature checks for all patients and staff on arrival
- maintaining social distancing within the practice
- additional deep cleaning of the surgery between patients
- longer appointment times
- use of additional personal protective equipment (PPE)
- deposit payments will be taken on the phone to confirm booking
It is more important than ever to attend your appointments on time. Your appointment may take longer than normal due to the additional infection control procedures which we will be taking. Please cooperate with our reception team, nurses and dentist’s instructions to ensure your safety.
